Friday 15/04/2010

Warm up by doing 5 squats and 5 pushups. Take your time through that and repeat 7 times.

100 burpees.

Stretch hips, calves, quads, pecs and shoulders to recover.

    It took me 7 sets to finish 100 burpees in a total of 28 minutes
    Set 1) 20
    Set 2) 20 (with a lot of effort)
    Set 3) 15
    set 4) 12 (took a 7 minute break after this)
    Set 5) 18
    Set 6) 10
    Set 7) 5 ( LOL )

    i Hate VAUGHN was the feeling i had after i finished this set. HAHA
