Rest Day.

Work on stretching out any sore muscles today and use the opportunity to recover.

  1. Definitely hang out with friends or go op shopping. Good weather is like an instant relaxer. Or maybe doing exactly what you should in weather. For example snuggled in bed with a hot chocolate and a book in rainy windy stormy weather, or at the park in the shade on a sunny day or at the beach with ice blocks and watermelon on a hot day.
