Gym Rules

Hey guys, just a few handy rules that we'll be running with to keep both you guys and myself honest in here.

1. Be on time.
This is pretty straight forward guys. The program we run here, is just that. A program, there is time put aside for your warm up, skill work, strength work, workout and stretching. Being late means you miss out on a vital part of the program. There will be burpees-for-minutes late as penalties from here on in.

2. Try to say hi to everyone in the class.
We're trying to build a community based training programming here. These are the guys you're training with, competing with and sharing your time with. Get to know them, introduce yourself.

3. No coaching.
Again this is fairly straight forward. Unless you are a CrossFit BodiComplete staff member, there is to be no coaching on your behalf. There is a difference between encouragement "Come on! 1 more rep!!" and coaching " You need to "Insert quote you heard a coach say here" . We take our coaching seriously here and hope that you understand it's for your benefit that only we do the coaching.

And one final rule.
Try to keep the gym tidy, if you use equipment, put it back. If you have chalk out, don't get it everywhere. If you bleed on something, clean it up. This is your gym, but it's also everyone else who comes here as well. Look after it.
