The CrossFit Games are the world’s premier test to find the Fittest on Earth. The Games season is a grueling multi-stage journey that culminates in the CrossFit Games run during July at the Home Depot Center in Carson, California.Courtesy of CrossFit Inc.

There are also locally run competitions throughout the year at various CrossFit affiliates across the country. These competition days are a fun, community inspired day for all levels of fitness. They are a great opportunity to get out, meet like-minded people, see what level you're at and get in a few good workouts.
