Long workout today. Well done to the guys busting out Muscle ups in the workout yesterday, made for a much more interesting workout on the body.

10 Squat Snatch (60/40) or 10 Overhead Squats
20 Push Press (60/40)
30 Pullups
40 Burpees
100 Double Unders
40 Burpees
30 Pullups
20 Push Press
10 Snatch
with a 25 minute cap.
